Purchase/rent of a place in the port.

You can either rent or buy a place in the port. The lease is concluded for a maximum of one year with the possibility of renewal. If you want to acquire a place in the seaport, be aware that this agreement has limited duration as well. In fact, that is also rent, but for a longer period, concluding a concession agreement with the port. The price depends on the concession expiry date, the location of the port and, of course, the size of the place.
Be prepared to look for a place not only in your first choice port, but also in neighboring cities, since waiting lists for buying a place in the seaports on the Cote d'Azur are not uncommon.
