Meet the team
Yulia Derzhaltseva
In 2003 I began my career at the Tyumen Oil Company in Moscow in the Management Board support department. My main functions were legal and administrative assistance to the company's management, as well as organization of the events for hundreds of company employees in Russia and Europe.

After moving to France in 2009, my law degree in international relations and an experience in working with shareholders of major Russian companies allowed me to build a high-quality service for foreign clients on the Cote d'Azur.

Over the years I have gained precious contacts in the region in the various fields, which helps me to fulfil any requests of my clients quickly and in the most efficient way.

Management of the prestigious real estate, organization of parties with the most amazing surprises for the children of our clients and a variety of concierge service requests is the experience that allows me to make our clients stay in the South of France joyful and careless.

One of the most unexpected missions was to assist the Sheikh of Saudi Arabia and his team during their business trip to the Republic of Tatarstan! Positive feedback was the best reward!
Anastasia Goriacheva
After graduating in 2005 with law degree, I have been working for public service for ten years, studying all the intricacies of administrative work. This experience brought me better understanding of general bureaucratic procedures that are applicable during obtaining visas and residents' cards, as well as concluding contracts with local contractors.

After moving to France, I acquired a diploma in wealth management from one of the leading business schools – Skema, enhancing my expertise with local laws & taxation. An internship at a private bank in Monaco provided necessary insights on local specifics in banking.

During our cooperation, I could advise you on how to address main issues of obtaining residency, filling out tax forms, as well as on opening and maintaining your account at local banks.

Over the years of living on the French Riviera, I've managed to encounter most of the issues that arise during relocation and permanent or temporary residence, whether registering a car, buying a place in the port, drawing up utility contracts, finding specific doctors.

Having two children allows me to share with you not only the experience of pregnancy and delivery in France, but also the features of the local school system and extracurricular activities.
